Using the NABC method requires a thorough knowledge of the value proposition. It is part of the plan itself to generate relevant and specific questions The NABC method by the SRI. NABC stands for Need, Approach, Benefit and Competition and these are the four elements the students should base their pitch on. NABC may also be used as a process model, read more about this here. The pitch might begin with a short introduction that catches the audience’s interest. As the approach develops through iterations and refinements, it eventually becomes a full proposal or business plan, which can include market positioning, revenues model, cost, staffing, partnering, deliverables, a timetable and intellectual property (IP) protection.
This includes how your customers want to be reached and through which channels you are currently reaching them through. It is also important to look at which channels are cost-efficient and how they can be integrated with customer routines. 2016-01-31
